The steps to parse output log file in Excel format are described below.

Step 1

Open a blank Excel Worksheet and click option Get External Data->Import Text File Sub-menu as attached

Step 2

Select appropriate exported log file. The import wizard will display the contents of the log file as below. Click Next to move to next screen

Step 3

Do not forget to check Comma. This will allow the entire text to be formatted using delimited strings "," and "Tab".  Click Next.

Step 4

Click Finish to End the Import wizard.

Finally, the entire contents of the log file will be imported as attached below.
